TEAM DEVELOPMENT. We work with groups of all shapes and sizes to enhance efficiency, promote growth, address difficult issues, bond as a team, and just have fun. Whether you are looking for recreational team building or are more focused on results, we have a number of program options for you. We are constantly developing new offerings and pride ourselves on designing programs specific to the needs of each of our customers. SOARING TO NEW HEIGHTS This competitive team building program is great for sales teams! Your group will be split into teams of 4-6 participants and each team will be presented with the challenge of building a rocket with limited materials and according to certain “client” specifications. Each team will give a two minute sales pitch for their final products and then rockets will be launched. Rockets have been known to reach heights of 100 ft! How high will your rocket go? 
FLYING V This program facilitates team development by focusing on common team issues such as: communication, leadership, innovation, trust, collaboration, and unity. Each team will face a series of mental and physical challenges providing an opportunity for reflection and learning.  CORPORATE OLYMPICS Designed to meet the needs of larger groups, this self-led teambuilding program incorporates traditional teambuilding initiatives and low challenge activities into a recreational design. Your group will be split into teams of eight to ten participants that will rotate among different challenges, earning points along the way.
 LEADERSHIP TEAMWORKS Working with intact leadership teams brings together two of our favorite subjects: leadership development and team dynamics. By addressing difficult issues, building awareness and cultivating specific skill sets, these customized sessions will transform the status quo of your leadership team.
 ELEPHANT IN THE OFFICE Is there a particular issue that your group really needs to work on? Have technological advancements made clear communication more difficult in the office? Is your group suffering a loss of creativity? Has the office environment become stagnant? Is there a lack of initiative? Let us work with you to design a program specific to the needs of your group.
 GOOSE BRAINSTORM A Gooseworks brainstorming session may be the answer to some of your most difficult team issues or strategic challenges. Using a number of proven methods, we will design a customized brainstorm to facilitate creative and productive results for your next group problem solving session. Unlock the creative potential of your office team! We believe that interactive and engaging brainstorms lead to the best ideas and help to build consensus among the group. You'll be amazed at the results!
 READY, SET, GO! This program focuses on high-energy, creativity, positive outcomes, and FUN! We utilize some icebreakers, lots of games, and a little friendly competition to get people moving, talking and thinking – get those creative juices flowing. This type of program is a great way to kick off that week-long conference or to get everyone energized for that annual retreat.
 BUILDING BRIDGES A competitive program, Building Bridges is recreational and fun yet can also be designed to incorporate in-depth group processing and reflection. Your group will be divided into teams of 8-10 participants. Each team will be presented with the challenge of building a bridge, using only provided materials, that spans a certain distance and supports as much weight as possible – that’s the simple part.
 BUILD-A-BOAT This team competition culminates in a real live boat race! Your group will be divided into teams of 4-8 participants and each team will be presented with the task of building a boat, using only the materials provided, that will support the weight of one participant. When complete, the boats will be launched and raced to determine the winner!
 INTERACTIVE STRATEGY Gooseworks Consulting has partnered with Crowley & Co to offer strategic planning with a twist. No more stagnant planning meetings that seem to go on and on with unimpressive results. Using a graphic approach to facilitation, these customized sessions are interactive, engaging, and allow your group to develop a compelling vision with an additional focus on team dynamics, patterns of communication and personal patterns of high performance that will support the larger, long-term goals of the organization.
 MBTI Utilize the Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessment as a jumping off point for analyzing the dynamics of your team. We view psychometric tools such as MBTI to be just that, tools. In order to get the best results from any psychometric assessment we use the analysis as a foundation and framework to delve more deeply into the dynamics of your group.
 SERVICE ACTION LEARNING Partner with a local non-profit agency to build the community while building your team. These projects can range in scope from restoring a playground, renovating a home, supporting a job training program, or developing a finance workshop. We will customize a Service Action Learning program to meet the desired outcomes for your team experience. We are happy to coordinate with a non-profit of your choosing or are happy to set something up through one of our partners.
 CUSTOMIZED STAFF RETREATS We will partner with you from start to finish to plan, design, and facilitate your next staff retreat. We will work with you to identify desired outcomes and develop an integrated and efficient program design that will allow you to gain the most from your retreat experience. We’ll even help to plan and coordinate logistics such as meeting location, overnight accommodations, catering, and working with outside vendors. Let us put our expertise to work for you!
