At Gooseworks Consulting we specialize in the design and facilitation of experience-based, developmental workshops.  We are headquartered in Baltimore, MD and regularly contract with organizations in Maryland, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

We believe in the power of experiential education: when a person comes to a conclusion as a result of their own experiences, they are much more likely to implement change based on that learning.  Our experiential workshops create an environment that challenges teams to reflect on and improve the dynamics of the group.

All of our programs are designed to be engaging and fun.  Some are recreational in nature and some are more results driven. Our skilled facilitators will work with you to design a program that meets the needs of your group and ultimately leads to the improved effectiveness of your team.
